a new release from the T/M/K camp |
With "Need the Needle" T/M/K have recorded a munument of an album. Even at that point it was obvious that such limitless creativity requires several channels to unfold.
Under the umbrella of the Clinical Archives netlabel Eve LaCroix (aka .E.) and Norbert Bieber (aka ZAUS) who established their Austro-Italian connection in the Summer of 2009 release "Mutilatus Mutuus".
A boiling hotpot of nonlinear sampling ready to interfere the listening habits.
The album features 2 original compositions of each artist and the mutually re-modeled versions of these tracks.
Focussing on the synthesis between interaction and individual aesthetic expression, "Mutilatus Mutuus" contains a vast and complex array of richly textured sounds and rhythms, varying constantly in dynamics and mood.
7900 downloads in the first 4 days speak a clear language. File this under "listen further" for all of you who saluted T/M/Ks body of work with pleasure.
