As one of the most anticipated experts in synthesizers, the german producer Mic Irmer, aka Moogulator is a very vital part of the germany electronic scene. In 2008 he comes up with a new album release namely "The Digital Anatomist Project" here on Aentitainment.

Since the 80s Moogulator has been a synthesizer eating music-monster with his innovative and fresh sound comming not only out of the studio. He has a lot of live experience with different projects like his former one, consequence, collaborations like nilleAllstars and dAdA iNN and last but not least his driving solo performances.

He has co-founded a new print-magazine called “Synthesizer Magazin”, has worked as a tester and sound-designer for Hard- and Software-brands and still takes care of one of the biggest online-sites for synthesizers and hardware technique. He has produced film-scores, e.g. together with Roman Jungblut und Alex Klein for the much anticipated and award-winning short film “458nm” which won special honors at the SIGGRAPH festival and the Golden Nica at the Ars Electronica Awards.

As diverse as his interests comes his sound which is making eyes to the best moments of electronic music. Fans of Autechre, Kraftwerk, Squarepusher, Venetian Snares or Aphex Twin might like to take a listen...
